Customer Reviews
Decent, but top-up was a chore.
How do you all top up your Congstar Prepaid Guthaben, it was so confusing last time?
Good mobile plan
I got the Allnet Flat mit GB+ and it's been pretty solid. Had enough data for everything I needed. Setting it up was simple enough, and the network coverage has been fine where I usually am. No complaints really, just a straightforward good experience.
Smooth switch, decent service
I decided to try the Glasfaser Anschluss for my home internet. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated the step-by-step guidance. Installation appointment scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived on time. The connection has been stable and fast since it was set up, exactly as advertised. I had one small question about my billing a few weeks in, and customer support was responsive and helpful, clarifying everything quickly. I've had worse experiences with bigger names, so this was a pleasant surprise. The speed is consistent, even with multiple devices connected. My only minor point is the initial setup email was a bit long, but that's a small thing.
Great value for Prepaid
I was looking for a good deal on a prepaid plan and the Prepaid Allnet Flat S caught my eye. It was definitely one of the better options I found, giving a lot for the price. I even got some extra data for signing up, which was a nice bonus. Felt like I really saved some money compared to other providers I checked out. Very happy with the value.
Got a Homespot, works fine
I needed internet for my place and decided on the Homespot 100. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, just plugged it in and it connected. Speeds are decent for what I do online, like streaming and browsing. The delivery was quick, got it in just a few days. No complaints, it just works.
iPhone purchase, quick delivery
Bought an Apple iPhone from them. It arrived quickly, well-packaged. The phone works perfectly. No issues at all. Good purchase.
Love my new phone and plan!
Oh my goodness, I just had to share how awesome my experience was! I got the new Samsung Galaxy with the Allnet Flat M and it's fantastic. The whole process was so easy, from picking the phone to getting the SIM. Everything arrived super fast, even earlier than I thought it would. The network is really strong where I live, too. I'm so happy with my choice and will totally tell all my friends about Congstar. This is my new go-to place for mobile stuff!
Good value for my new SIM
I was looking for a new mobile plan and found the Allnet Flat mit GB+. The price was really competitive compared to other providers. I got the connection fee waived, which saved me around 35 Euros right away. That made the whole thing feel like a great deal, and the service has been good so far. Definitely worth what I paid.

Does Congstar use the Telekom network? Want to make sure I'll have good coverage where I live in Bavaria.
Does Congstar use the Telekom network? Or is it some weird sub-network that's not as good? Trying to decide between them and regular Telekom.
Can you stack coupon codes at Congstar? Like if I have one for a discount on the monthly fee and another for waiving the setup fee, can I use both?
hey, thinking about getting one of their mobile plans, how long does it usually take for the SIM card to actually arrive after ordering?
I'm looking at their Allnet Flat M. Is the 5G option free right now? Or do I have to pay extra for that on top of the monthly fee?
